(NYSE:BDE) was formed in July 2004 by Comstock Resources, Inc. (“Comstock”) (NYSE:CRK) and Bois d’Arc Resources, Ltd. as a continuation of an exploration joint venture between Comstock and Bois d'Arc which began in 1997. The founding principals of Bois d’Arc, Wayne Laufer and Gary Blackie, have established a proven track record of successful exploration in the Gulf of Mexico over the last twenty years.
